We make a variety of sourdough and yeast breads. We have challah, sourdough and cinnamon swirl bread weekly but also offer naturally leavened French, Nordic, German and other styles of whole grain breads (spelt, rye, einkorn) as well as dinner rolls for holiday dinners. Custom cookies, cupcakes and more available.
600 g (20 oz) loaf
Larger challah, 6 strand braid. We can customize shapes or seeds (sesame, poppy) and mix-ins like apples, raisins or seeds available by special order for a nominal additional fee.
600g (20 oz) round (boule) or oval (batard) loaves made only with regional whole grain and King Arthur flours, water, salt and our levain started in 2005. Customize with add ins (raisins, olives, rosemary) for a nominal additional fee ($2)
A variety of approximately 2 lb (900g) whole grain rye breads in Nordic or German styles using regionally sourced Rye flour and sourdough levain.
No emulsifiers or preservatives - King Arthur flour, water, milk, butter, yeast and salt. Available sliced or unsliced.
White flour, soft sandwich bread ready for you to slice. Made only with flour, water, milk, butter, yeast and salt.
Hybrid sourdough and yeast bread made with 100% spelt as well as sunflower seeds and pepitas
Cookies available individually, by the half or full dozen.

10-12 homemade, butter topped dinner rolls in a disposable paper bake tray ready to warm your evening!

Gingerbread - we made french gingerbread (loaf cake), traditional American gingerbread cookies and several types of German Christmas cookies (with rye or almond flours).
